You can sign up to be a sponsor at this conference with an audience of 130-150 community health workers and community health worker instructors gathered to provide CHWs/CHWIs with the tools to support their community members’ access to quality health care.

Your team will be provided one 6-foot table and two chairs with your sponsorship of $500.

• Vendors should bring tablecloths, signage, and branded materials.
• Interactive elements (demonstrations, giveaways, or activities) are encouraged.
• Vendors must arrive at least one hour before the event for setup.
• All materials should be culturally sensitive and available in multiple languages if possible
